Wednesday 18th May at 7pm, Amerton Farm

A very exciting opportunity to hear from Turkey Farmer turned businessman and entrepreneur Paul Kelly (currently featured with Jimmy Doherty on ‘A Farmer’s life for me’ BBC2), and then get involved with an interactive media and PR workshop – making the most out of the media and press for your business.

Be loud and proud of your product or business! You don’t have to spend a fortune on advertising – you can promote yourself in lots of other ways that won’t cost you. Paul Kelly is an expert at doing just that.

Paul and his family have taken their turkey farming to dizzy national and international heights and are one of the best known poultry and meat brands in the Country – KellyBronze Turkeys. Paul is hugely passionate about his product, and this is a fantastic opportunity to hear how he developed his business, his principles of consumer awareness and how getting people interested in your product equals profitable results.

Throughout the time Paul has been promoting his Turkeys, he has got to know celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver and is currently featured on Jimmy Doherty’s ‘A Farmers Life for Me’. He has successfully differentiated his product from others on the market and is highly successful at brand promotion.

We will hear from Eunice Finney of Amerton Farm and Robert Kynaston. Eunice and Robert will give you some tips about getting yourself onto the radio, into newspaper and magazine editorials and how to make the most of PR opportunities as they arise.
