HEFF are delighted ti announce that the HEFF Diamond Awards Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will be held on Saturday 15th May 2010 at Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham.
A brigade of the region's best chefs, representing the prestigious British Culinary Federation (BCF), will produce the six-course dinner under the leadership of Peter Reed, Head Chef at Aston Villa.
Following dinner, 'Soul Supply' - a "soul explosion to die for" - will provide music to dance the night away!
This evening is open to everyone who works in or supports the food and drink industry.
