Rob Kynaston will be giving impartial and confidential advice funded, Natural England who contract AEA, to provide Farmers and Land Owners on the cross compliance regulations.
The aim is to make farmers aware of the areas of risk and going through what records are needed for cattle and sheep. They are currently the main areas of failure and breaches can ultimately result in large reductions of single farm payment.
Programme:
10.30am : Meet and Coffee at the Three Tuns
11.00am : Relevant topics will be explained and discussed, including sheep EID.
Computer software will be available to demonstrate Sheep EID and Cattle Movement.
Brief look at the new Soil Protection Revue that must be completed by the end of the year.
1.30 pm Visit to Myndtown Farm to put the issues in to context.
3pm: Visit to Daysdrove, the recently re-opened abattoir in Bishops Castle, to look around, and discuss sheep EID.
