A project for West Midlands farmers and growers who are producing, retailing or serving home grown and farm produced foods direct to the customer.

20th and 27th September Offley Grove Farm, Adbaston, Stafford ST20 0QB

The CEVAS course is designed to help you to prepare for farm visits, learn about how ‘on farm’ activities and talks can link into the national curriculum and how to communicate and plan visits with schools and groups.
The course is over two days and will require you to carry out some 'homework'! You will build up a small portfolio which will include a promotional leaflet, a short plan on how to link into schools and the curriculum and other supportive materials.
This portfolio is then moderated through the Open College Network, upon successful completion you will be provided with a CEVAS qualification, a certificate of achievement and the CEVAS logo for your farm promotion.

Course Costs £82.50 including vat, lunch, refreshments and all moderation and certificates.
