Howard has over 17 years’ experience in people and employee relations management and has helped thousands of employers to resolve their employment problems and avoid costly tribunal hearings.

For the last 6 years, Howard has delivered training sessions on a whole range of employment issues, both in-company and at public access events. With 2 Masters’ degrees to supplement his knowledge and experience of the day-to-day issues confronting employers, Howard is able to provide guidance which is soundly based yet practical.
