Farmers’ markets and food fairs are a great way to engage with the consumer and promote your product, however, many food businesses are seeking advice on how to improve their presence at such events. As a result, HEART of ENGLAND fine foods have organised a breakfast workshop running from 8am-11.30am on Thursday 19th November at Minerva Mill Innovation Centre, Alcester. This informal workshop will highlight the successes and challenges of farmers’ markets and food fairs, how to sell more and maximise profitability, how to improve your display and visual merchandising, as well as covering the important legal aspects.
