The food hall is an extension of the BASC’s ‘Game’s On’ campaign promoting the consumption of game meat and promoting locally / nationally produced foods and drinks. We will feature cookery demonstrations by a local chef that will further enhance public appeal. The food hall will be in a marquee with a maximum of 25 trade stands, and prominently situated next to the BASC marquee.

The Gamekeepers’ Fair has an attendance of approximately 15,000 over the two days. This is based on adult ticket sales as 15 yrs and younger are free of charge.

The event will be heavily advertised through various mediums, the BASC website, shooting / game related magazines including the Shooting and Conservation magazine that goes out to over 130,000 members nationally, the local press covering the 3 counties, attending traders and tourism offices.

Trade space is priced at £157.50 + vat (inclusive of 10% discount for Rural Hub members) for the two day event. The price includes a website listing from (confirmation of attendance to 31st May 2011), with the traders’ contact details, brief description of the company / products and an image. Electricity is also available at £50.00 for the two day event.
