Green Futures - Help is available to complete the new Soul Protection Review
The Soil Protection Review (SPR) comes into effect from the 1st Jan 2011, however some options need to be in place from Autumn 2010.
SPR needs to be completed by all claimants even if you just have grassland.
You are invited to a free practical workshop led by Simon Draper which will cover:
• The new 2010 Soil Protection Review – how to complete it;
• Practical soil texturing; and
• Common soil problems in your area and how to mitigate risks of runoff and soil loss
Please bring your SPR 2010 book, farm map and a sample of your lightest and heaviest soils.
