Come to a great HUB evening and learn about the resurgence of regional cheeses. Lavinia Newell, a cheese specialist and international judge, will give a talk and lead a tasting after Staffordshire Hub's convivial annual supper on Tuesday November 17th at Amerton Farm, Stowe by Chartley, Stafford; and some of our own cheese makers will be on hand to talk about their trade.
Staffordshire can lay claim to excellent cheeses  from the milk of goats, jersey cows, dexters, ewes, in a region which boasts a fine variety of hand made cheesemakers. Innes Button, Whitmore, Staffordshire Organic, Bosworth and Clifton Leaf: award winning names in the world of regional cheese making.  There will be an oportunity to meet with some of our county's producers, new and old, on the night. 

Tickets are just £10.00 each including a glass or two of wine and everybody is welcome.  Payable to Rural Hubs West Midlands Ltd. 

Staff from AWM and the Hub will be available with information and to disuss RDPE.
