“The Sustainable Energy Experts”

Talk to us about climate change, energy efficiency, carbon emissions, renewable technologies and saving money

Low Carbon Enterprise's team of five sustainable energy experts provides impartial (honest broker) technical support and project delivery capability to public, private and third sector organisations across the West and East Midlands to combat rising energy costs and tackle climate change by advising on the efficient use of energy, the reduction of carbon emissions and the installation of renewable energy.

Low Carbon Enterprise offers its skills towards:

Energy assessments of buildings
Our technical experts assess the energy consumption and efficiency of each property, advise on improvements and can issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or Display Energy Certificates (DECs).

Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies
Investigate a micro generation idea or renewable technology recommendation. We can help with system sizing, fuel resource options, cost analysis and signposting to installers.

Building Design Advice
Design advice, consultancy and assessment services to architects and developers. Minimise your carbon footprint, meet sustainable building standards and maximise energy efficiency.

Carbon Management Planning
We can assess the energy use and carbon emissions of your property portfolio and design a carbon management plan to help you meet your carbon reduction commitment and save money.

We have over ten years experience and recent projects include delivering the Low Carbon Communities for Business project to over one hundred small businesses across four communities in Shropshire received technical assistance regarding the implementation of sustainable energy measures in their premises during the three year project.

More businesses in three rural counties of the West Midlands benefited from renewable energy advice and grants to help cut their fuel bills and boost their ‘bottom line’. Under the (now ended) RE:think Energy scheme LCE delivered over forty energy assessments and feasibility studies for SMEs in the Rural Regeneration Zone.
