‘Earning and Growing Your Customer’s Loyalty’

Staffordshire Rural Hub - Monday 11 Oct 2010 at 10.00

Monday 11 October 2010 Amerton Farm Craft Centre, Stowe by Chartley
10am – 4pm

This one day event provides for new and existing food and drink producers, however small, to receive expert advice on identifying your market, winning those customers who matter most; and growing long term customer value. We will show you that the data you gather (and may not realise you do) is essential in directing your business. The day will be an interesting mixture of workshops, discussions and expert led tuition into the importance of obtaining good market data, guidance on how to use that data, understanding consumer trends and effective targeting; with practical guidance to use in your own business, aiming to improve your sales. Amerton Farm will be our case study. Amerton currently retrieves some consumer information from its visitors but does not put it to use. We will look at how to put consumer analysis into practice, identify markets and grow Amerton’s market share
