Morphut cabins are modular, timber framed and insulated to better than new house standards. They work well for many uses for a long time, and can be changed and extended with minimum fuss and disruption. We supply, deliver and quickly construct everything above ground, ready for occupation, and can also do the groundworks if you wish.
The roof shape allows for solar and PV panels, with easily accessible space behind for kit and storage. Cladding can be wood, metal or composite panels, as appropriate for the application or context. The internal lining is plywood, because it’s tough, provides for secure fixing and can be painted or left natural. The piled foundations mean the floor level can be set to suit local conditions.
Prices for a 2-bay unit of 21 square metres floor area start at £22,000 inclusive of construction but not delivery or VAT. A 3-bay, 31sqm unit starts at £29,450, and a 4-bay, 41sqm unit at £36,900, likewise.
