Quality Matters
Telford and Wrekin CVS are holding a quality standards taster briefing called “Quality Matters” for all rural organisations in Telford.

All volunteers can attend free. A maximum of 2 people can attend from each organisation. A free breakfast will be provided. The session will offer information about quality marks which may be of interest connected to volunteering( Matrix Quality mark)/running a voluntary organisation PQASSO- Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations and rural venues Hall Mark( halls/church community rooms etc). These quality marks will be on the agenda for fund givers in the future. The Charity Commission has already endorsed PQASSO as best practice.
