Published on Wednesday 7 Apr 2010 by Staffordshire Rural Hub

At Staffordshire County Council Animal Health we are looking at ways to improve our service and the way that we carry out some of our enforcement work. We are very interested to hear your views on this and invite you to fill out the following survey. If you click on the link below or copy and paste it into your web browser it will take you to the start of the survey.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and once you have done this you will have the opportunity to be entered into a free prize draw to win a food hamper from Greengate Deli, who specialises in food and drink sourced locally.

This survey is voluntary and you are more than welcome to fill it in anonymously. However, if you would be willing to discuss your views further with the Animal Health Team you will have an opportunity to leave your contact details at the end of the survey. The closing date for the survey is 27 April 2010.

This survey is being externally managed and results are being collated by an external agent. All information collected through the survey will be confidential and will be used by Staffordshire County Council to help us to improve our services to keepers of livestock. If you have any questions about this survey please contact Helen Kirkman on 01952 246230 or by email to Helen@kirkmanassociates.co.uk.
