Tender Opportunity
Staffordshire Rural Hub has been awarded, by the Big Lottery, a small project which aims to celebrate, promote and encourage the use of locally grown and produced food from farmers and small food producers based in Staffordshire. The Hub seeks an individual or organisation, with expertise in the field of rural enterprise and food, to organise and deliver the Local Food project, under the direction of SRH coordinator.
The project will enable a Staffordshire Rural Hub networking group - Staffordshire Rural Hub Farm Food Business Club - to be set up and facilitated. Participants will be farmers, small food producers and food/tourism businesses, such as farm shops, small food retailers/delicatessans, B&B's, hotels and restaurants.
