This half-day workshop is designed to give you an understanding of how the numbers behave in the past, the present and the future, to help you ‘talk finance’ with accountants, bank managers and colleagues.
This workshop will provide you with all the information you need to:
• Analyse the Trading, Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet of any business (the past)
• Work with practical management accounting concepts (the present)
• Prepare figures for business planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes (the future).
