Learn new skills and fresh dishes that will impress your guests whilst you entertain them effortlessly. Master the art of having a 3 course meal prepared in advance so you can spend quality time with guests.

Chef: Simon Smith - Chef Patron at Thrales, Lichfield for 21 years.

Stylish Canapés - 16.06.2010
Learn the tricks of the trade to creating beautiful canapés that can be prepared in advance and assembled just prior to your guests arriving. Many of the techniques learnt can be used to create similar dishes as starters and main courses.

Chef: Jeff Thomas - 20 years experience working and teaching within the food industry, including events catering for hundreds of guests.

Indian Entertaining - 01.07.2010
Learn how to cook authentic, delicious, Indian food from an expert chef. Sanjeev will explain about the spices and the cooking processes that have made Indian food so popular across the world. Dishes may include Khichari Prawns, Special Chicken and an amazing Braised Lamb Shank.

Chef: Sanjeev runs a successful Indian restaurant in Staffordshire. He focuses on the delicate spicing of Indian food and creating delicious authentic Indian / fusion dishes.

Price: £89 per person (or £80 per person for group bookings of 10-12)
Start: 10:30am
Finish: 3:30pm – 4:00pm

Price includes refreshments on arrival, recipe cards, equipment and lunch which you will have prepared during the morning session. You will also be able to take home some of the food that you have prepared.
